Description
It's a hybrid of a hang glider and a surfboard made of wood. It harnesses the power of the winds to move creatures with agility through the skies of Perim. Although it's a simple Battlegear, it's quite efficient.
Background
The mischievous Prantix once rode a Windstrider through the Storm Tunnel on a dare from Xaerv. He miraculously made it through the turbulent tube, but after he was blasted out of the far end of the tunnel, Prantix lost control of the Windstrider and crash-landed somewhere in the Flatlands of T’lark. It took two Songs of Resurgence to heal him. After that misadventure, Prantix refused to go anywhere near the Storm Tunnel for almost a year, and he never accepted a dare from Xaerv again.
