Hyperhover is a flying vehicle made entirely of gold that is extremely fast, so fast that it can dodge the immaterial effects of Mugics. However, all this speed comes at a cost; for Hyperhover to move, it needs an initial boost from a movement, be it a Range, Swift, or the start of combat.
