Appearance
Vinta is a strong and agile Mipedian, with reddish skin. He often wears blue and gold shoulder spaulders, but those he stalks will not see him at all before it’s too late. He bears a striking twin-like resemblance to Shimmark.
Background Information
Most of the time, Vinta can be found roaming the desert sands. He’s a trained Mipedian Stalker and, as such, his assignment is to guard the desert against trespassers. He serves the Mipedian Tribe with pride and performs his duties with gusto. For this, he’s held in high regard among his peers. During long stretches on patrol, Vinta witnesses some of the strange and wondrous phenomena in the Mipedian Desert. Sadly, he doesn’t yet have the capacity to fully understand them.
During the M'arrillian Invasion, Vinta would take part in the search for Owayki and his Warriors, alongside Sobtjek, Ario, and Dakkamal. When they found Owayki, they came into conflict with Ihun'kalin, who brainwashed Dakkamal and his Acolytes. Ihun'kalin then tried to control Owayki, but was unable to. Sobtjek casted a Melody of Mirage mugic and the group escaped, following Owayki who brought them to were his warriors rested. They brought his warriors back to life and were able to repel the M'arrillian Forces that followed them.
Vinta was sent with Prince Mudeenu's party to the Training Grounds, where they would inform Tangath Toborn and Odu-Bathax that the Mipedians would join the early Tribal Alliance. Along with a few other Mipedians, Vinta would train alongside the stationed OverWorlders and Danians. Vinta would fall under the spell of Lystone, a minion of Erak'tabb, but was saved by Ghatup, Aimukk, and Nebres.
Later, he was part of Tangath Toborn's strike force to disable the M'arrillian Heat Cannon. While he fought valiantly, Vinta was unable to prevent the firing of the Heat Cannon. However, Tangath Toborn would sacrifice himself to freeze the tidal wave with the Symphony of Stasis. Even after the war, Vinta would work tirelessly to free his general. When Tangath Toborn was freed as a spirit, Vinta was overjoyed along with the rest of Tangath's initial team. He would later attend the memorial for Tangath Toborn.
