Kobarri is a green, horned Mipedian with solid green eyes wearing sparse armor with a cape and loincloth. While red in his unreleased art, they are blue in the cartoon.

Triple Threat
Depsite the Mipedians arrriving early into the episode, Kobarri isn't seen until when Aimukk and Malvadine fight.
During the second exercise, he's tied to Aimukk and Arias, and is the leader. When Arias rams Frafdo's team, he tells him good job. Him and the rest of the soliders are charmed by Lystone as she grabs their objective, a floating orb they must catch through coordination. They all chase her into the forest, though the spell wears off for all of them and they're regrouped by Tangath Toborn, Prince Mudeenu, and Odu Bathax.
Tangath shows his displeasure with the soldiers after what happened, and are seemingly forced to carry their exercises into the night.
In Chaotic, Kaz, who'd scanned Kobarri after Aimukk and Malvadine's fight was broken up by tangath, uses him for the gang's battle against Peyton's Erac'tabb. Though Peyton tears them apart through mind control, him, Tom, and Sarah pull together and win.

- Kobarri's name was revealed through the DS version of Chaotic: Shadow Warriors.
- While his splash art's seen in Triple Threat, he was never released as a card.
- Kobarri is very similar in appearance to Garnassaran, another unreleased Creature (his art can be seen here).
